We want you (and your pet) to love every Maplova purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns: Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Email info@maplova.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or wrong items: Send a photo within 7 days of delivery — free replacement or full refund, no return needed.

Non-returnable: For hygiene reasons, used pet bedding and worn jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
